FIGHT BACK – Free Online Women’s Self Defence Course

Wednesdays 4.30-5.30pm
19, 26 May and 2, 9, 16 June

Thursdays 8.00-9.00pm
20, 27 May and 3, 10, 17 June

This seminar will include the principles of situational awareness, as well as basic self defence techniques. Anyone can participate, there are no fitness requirements. All you will need is some space to move around in and comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
