A Message for Masorti Communities around the world

We are excited to invite you this Sunday, April 5 at 7:00pm Jerusalem time / 12:00pm EDT to our virtual Global Gathering for Healing: where Masorti/Conservative communities around the world will convene for a 30-minute Gathering for Healing broadcasted on Facebook Live

This collaboration and gathering of high profile and talented presenters from Israel, England, Brazil, and the United States, is the first of its kind and Masorti Olami is thrilled to be co-hosting it with Masorti Israel and USCJ. We hope you that will help spread the word as we want to share with friends and loved ones a message of community building and connection at a time when we all are being kept apart. Together with our co-hosts and other movement partner agencies, we see this is a crucial opportunity to reach thousands of people in a heartfelt way heading into Pesach.

The gathering will feature internationally-known clergy and award-winning musicians, such as David Broza, Rabbi Naomi Levy, and Joey Weisenberg. It will also include highly respected and inspirational rabbis from around the world such as Rabbi Adrian Gottfried (Brazil) and Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg (UK).  At a moment when we cannot be together for Seder, we will connect, rejoice and celebrate our Judaism across continents and time zones.

As you plan to attend and share with others, please note the following:

Please share the Global Gathering for Healing RSVP link above with others and put this on your calendar immediately to join with Jews from around the globe to be engaged and inspired.

Finally, more information including different languages and multiple time zones, the full roster of presenters and hosts is available on our site*: https://www.masortiduringcorona.com/globalgatheringforhealing

*please note, this website is still under construction. All details will be updated by the end of the week.

At a time when we are unable to be together in person there is still enormous strength and power in our collective presence.

We look forward to Sunday and hope that you’ll join us.

Warm regards,

Mauricio and Tehila
