In conjunction with the JAMI Mental Health Awareness Shabbat, Rabbi Zahavit will be running this session for NEMS members and sharing some relevant readings and prayers. This year more than ever people are suffering with mental health issues due to the isolation of lockdown & concerns surrounding the pandemic.
