We are delighted that the NEMS Tree of Life is back up in pride of place at our Shul and as such, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to add more personalised leaves. With some of the money raised from the Yellow Candle’ project, NEMS will be creating a special leaf to remember those who died in the Holocaust but leaves can be created for absolutely anything – perhaps as a memory of loved ones, rejoicing an anniversary, birth or even just to say ‘hello’ and to be part of this very special tree!
If you would like to have a leaf created for you, please contact the Shul office with details of the message you would like on your leaf. A proof will then be sent for your approval before the final leaf is made. Participants can have as many leaves as they would like and we kindly suggest a donation of £75 per leaf please (as it was 4 years ago). Once all the new leaves are in place, we will hold a special unveiling event for the whole NEMS community.
